Lynn
reported her observations about the Muncie Action Plan meeting that
she attended.
New Business:
Dave Nelson needs assistance to install storm windows on his home.
MFD helped hang holiday lights on “Marie's” tree.
Lynn reported on ECRC's impending demise and reported that Flaherty and Collins have a plan for the Jackson and Vine apartments and several ECRC properties.
Paul asked for permission to try to set up a meeting with the Muncie Urban Forester to try to begin developing a plan for tree replacement in the neighborhood.
Dewayne indicated that he was going to try to get a newsletter out.
