Bruce Frankel reported that the Muncie Neighborhood Redevelopment Corporation's grant proposal to the state for a share of the Neighborhood Stabilization Program funds had been denied. He noted that the assessment of the proposal was very positive overall. He surmised that the grant was likely denied because of a lack of support from the city. He noted that the city's separate grant had been funded.

department about the repair of the slide in Washington Park.
