Finance – balance $4396.78
Bills paid - 14.24 for electricity at both street meters
Marie reported that it is free to turn off a meter and costs $32 to turn back on.
It was suggested that we try turning off the meter at Jackson and Wolfe to see how the process works.

Advocacy – Discussion of NSP (Neighborhood Stabilization Program) funds for neighborhood rehab.
Weed-n-Seed
Report to June (Community Corrections) about program
Need memorandum of understanding regarding funds for tools used for neighborhood clean-ups.

P. Coan reported that the “muncie-ecna.org” domain name has now been transferred to the ECNA.
New Business:
St. Patrick's Day Parade discussion
It was reported that the Youth Service Bureau has closed down its operation at Pershing and Main.

It was reported that the Delaware Historical Society is reopening their Genealogical Library in Youst House
It was announced that the Emily Kimbrough Historic Development Committee will hold an election. Looking for local historic district residents to serve on the committee.
