      4. Marie will look into whether turning off service to the electrical meters will save money overall

Old Business:

• P. Coan reported that the ECRC agreed to transfer ownership of the “muncie-ecna.org” domain name to the ECNA. Efforts are in progress to make this happen.

New Business:

• A. Poole forms ECNA Weed and Seed committee with following membership

  • Bob Ball

  • A. Poole

  • N. Powell

• Discussion of potential proposal to Weed-and-Seed task force to purchase equipment for neighborhood

  • would need location for equipment storage

  • would need to be shared with nearby neighborhoods in W&S action area.

• Discussion of potential Weed-and-Seed Council of Neighborhoods to the ECNA
